Dry Rot Removal and Repair, Kilwinning.
This enquiry was originally to check a damp stain that had appeared in the plaster. It was suspected that some leak had occured. After closer inspection it was determined that due to a leak in the roof water damage had lead to Dry Rot over a large area.

After Repairs have been carried out
The Kilwinning property has been fully repaired with all dry rot contained and infested wood removed. The property was plastered and repainted to spec.
